- Vibhushri
This Navratri 2025, during the sacred period when divine energy is celebrated and invoked, a beautiful and powerful journey unfolded through the 3-Day Residential Yogashakti Retreat with Vibhushri in Mumbai. What began as a retreat soon revealed itself to be a deeply transformative inner experience for every participant present.
Set against the spiritually vibrant backdrop of Navratri, seekers gathered with a shared intention - to reconnect with their inner power, silence, and truth. Over the three days, the retreat created a sacred space where participants could pause from the noise of everyday life and step into a deeper awareness of themselves.
Pasaydaan is not merely a prayer; it is a living treasure - waiting to be discovered through experience and practice
Pasaydaan contains nine verses, each offering a unique code for inner transformation. The journey begins with Vaag-Yajna, the practice of becoming aware of our thoughts, speech, and inner vibrations. By observing them with awareness as a Drushta (conscious observer), we gradually transform negativity and reconnect with our true self.
The second code, Soksha - Moksha, focuses on forgiveness and releasing past burdens. It encourages us to acknowledge harm caused through mind, speech, or action and sincerely seek or offer forgiveness. This practice dissolves emotional and karmic weight, bringing peace and compassion.
Together, these two codes guide us toward awareness, healing, and lasting inner harmony. As inner balance grows, our perceptions, actions, and relationships begin to transform naturally. Through this process, Pasaydaan becomes a living guide for personal and collective peace.
Each bhajan in the Bodh Kirtan series is a living meditation, guiding you toward self-love, Oneness and inner awakening. These soulful melodies offer spiritual refuge and support for effortless growth - anytime, anywhere.
While the world outside carries us away in a rush, a mother’s love waits quietly for us to return home to ourselves. Listening to this sacred chant isn't just about the music; it is about finding a safe place where your heart can finally rest and feel whole again.
Each vibration of the mantra wakes up the gentle power that lives inside you. It helps you meet life’s challenges with a calm heart and brings you back into balance with the energy of love and grace. This mantra is not just about the words - it is about feeling the energy move through you and bringing your spirit back into its natural home.
As you chant or simply listen, notice how your mind becomes quieter and your breath slows down. In that quiet moment, you connect deeply with Ma Amba - the nurturing presence that has always been inside you, waiting to be felt.
Breathe, listen, and let the mantra guide you to a place of inner stillness, healing, and a beautiful sense of being complete.
This sacred mantra, "Ma Amba Lalitha Devi," is a soulful invocation of the Divine Mother, to bring positive energy into your life
a timeless melody that allows you to surrender fully and feel the nurturing presence of the feminine divine.

Naad Yog, derived from the Sanskrit word "Nada" meaning sound or vibration, is a powerful technique that harmonizes the mind, emotions, and relationships. E - Bhaav Daily Prayers have quickly blossomed into a sacred sanctuary for inner transformation, community bonding and collective awakening. Designed to nurture the living connection between personal experience and higher wisdom, these daily sessions serve as a steady, luminous thread woven into the lives of all participants.
As a vital part of this sacred rhythm, the Pasaydaan Reading Circle launched in January 2025 is held every Tuesday and Thursday. In these sessions, a community member intuitively selects a passage from Pasaydaan – The Mahayoga of Transmutation, a timeless scripture offering the distilled wisdom of self-realization. They then share a personal life experience — a real moment where the selected teaching came alive, helping them embody and deeply realize its true essence.
Following this heartfelt sharing, each participant is warmly invited to reflect and share their own realizations, experiences or inspirations. This beautiful, organic flow creates a Harmony Circle, where diverse voices weave together a rich tapestry of understanding, compassion and mutual support. The atmosphere naturally becomes one of trust, openness and deep listening, where each voice is honored as a spark of the One Light.
The gathering gracefully culminates with prayers on collective themes. Here, the community comes together to sincerely invoke forgiveness - for both conscious and unconscious transgressions - cleansing the heart of burdens and aligning in the remembrance of Oneness Consciousness. These moments of unified prayer serve as powerful anchors, dissolving separation and inviting the presence of divine grace into everyday life.
Through this sacred, sincere invocation, the community is gently and powerfully uplifted in awareness, rooted more deeply in the spirit of Pasaydaan - not just as a philosophy, but as a living, breathing reality within and among us.
In every shared word, every silent prayer and every awakened heart, the living spirit of Pasaydaan continues to grow - silently inspiring a world of unity, forgiveness and effortless evolution.
Pasaydaan is not only revered for its devotional beauty but also for its ability to bring peace and harmony into daily life. It is described in spiritual circles as a prayer for upliftment and harmony, helping a person release inner conflicts of mind and heart and return to the present moment with clarity and calm. Each verse resonates with timeless wisdom that supports a life lived in peace rather than one pulled by past burdens or future anxieties.
Composed by Sant Dnyaneshwar Maharaj as the closing prayer to his commentary on the Bhagavad Gita, the Pasaydaan carries a message of divine grace, compassion, and universal wellbeing - asking not only for personal blessing but for all beings to live with righteousness, joy, and harmony. Its verses have traditionally been cherished for their ability to awaken the heart and cultivate a life of mutual generosity, gratitude, and upliftment.
As one listens, reflects, and engages with these verses regularly, the prayer begins to function not just as words, but as a living guide for inner transformation. Over time, the verses help dissolve habitual tension, regulate emotions, and harmonize relationships by shifting attention from reactive patterns to conscious presence and awareness. This is why many practitioners find Pasaydaan to be a source of sustainable peace and ease - rooted in deep spiritual insight and practical living.
In November of 2023, Bodhmarga and the dedicated soyara volunteers embarked on a transformative journey to the north of India for the Bodh Yatra. This spiritual tour aimed to fulfill the human need for exploration in a spiritual context, emphasizing the journey itself over the destination. Following the public launch of the Pasaydaan - The Handbook of Joyous Living at the CCI in Delhi, the tour to Vrindavan provided experiences that nurtured and strengthened the trust, faith and surrender of all attendees.
Unlike typical travels where people lose themselves or seek God externally, this Yatra was designed to help participants find themselves. Bodh Yatra, translating to "The Pilgrimage of Awareness," offered deeper insights into our nature and ways to accept, observe and transform it peacefully. In Vrindavan, we checked into a simple yet auspicious environment, enjoying nourishing meals that energized both body and spirit.
One of the major highlights was the early winter morning, 5 am Parikrama of the city, where we soaked in the serene vibrations of the land of temples and ghats. We also participated in a harmony kirtan, aarti and danced at the beautiful Radha Krishna temple, which left us feeling deeply connected to the divine. Another remarkable experience was witnessing the Mega Kitchen of Akshay Patra, where the scale of seva was truly inspiring.
Vrindavan's enchanting atmosphere allowed us to visit the magnificent Yamuna Aarti, joining in the celebration of the Divine Feminine Energy. This experience left our spirits cleansed and pure. The blessed harmony of this Bodh Yatra provided us with a deeper foundation of faith, enriched memories and a strengthened connection to peace.
The journey was not merely about sightseeing but about internal awakening. As we wandered through Vrindavan, we felt a profound sense of inner transformation. The serene environment of the temples and the sacred Yamuna river offered a perfect backdrop for introspection and spiritual growth.
Each moment in Vrindavan was an opportunity to delve deeper into our consciousness. The collective energy of the group, combined with the spiritual ambience of the city, made this Yatra a unique and enriching experience. Returning home, we carried with us a renewed sense of connection to our souls and to each other.
The teachings and experiences of the Bodh Yatra continue to resonate within us, reminding us of the importance of awareness and inner peace. This spiritual journey to Vrindavan was not just a tour, but a pilgrimage that brought us closer to understanding and embracing our true selves.
The Mission Lehar project embodies Bodhmarga’s commitment to fostering self-esteem, self-leadership and facilitates empowerment through education & expression. This initiative envisions a wave of peaceful transformation, where each individual's journey toward inner peace contributes to broader societal harmony, in the essence of Oneness. Direct improvements in regulation, emotional stability & interpersonal dynamics observed in thousands of youth, highlight the effectiveness of this initiative which impacts families, communities & the country at large.
In the Presence of a Mauli, the Power of their Conscious Compassion brings clarity, regulation & ease in the Harmonious & Peaceful environment they create - chaos, helplessness & anger disappears, bringing clarity without rigorous effort, practice or knowledge & completely transforming the individual. This forms the foundation of Bodhmarga.
The Mission Lehar pilot project, initiated in three schools, integrates sound, prayer, and theatre into education to instill acceptance and harmonious learning in children. With workshops for orienting teachers, maulies and volunteers and sessions of well-trained maulies facilitating the sessions, we garnered the trust of the children and school staff alike in no time. This initiative is founded on Bodhmarga’s vision of Sahajoddhaar, emphasizinginner peace leading to world peace. We seek to bring the positive impact of sound tracks to underprivileged communities, enhancing their quality of living, learning, and being while providing those on the spiritual path, a way to make difference in the society and apply the easeful conscious philosophy of Bodhmarga in a way which allows all to be uplifted. The project aims to nurture peace in young minds, equipping them to face the outer world with enhanced self-awareness, interpersonal harmony, self-leadership, and resilient self-esteem. By providing mental and emotional stability through the compassionate presence of a Mauli, we create an environment where children can grow and learn in peace.
Insights From This Chapter
This chapter offers a profound insight — a clear distinction between the body and the soul. However, simply knowing this truth intellectually is not enough. Real understanding blossoms when one sits in the presence of a Guru (spiritual Master) who embodies this wisdom.
Seekers walk different paths based on their temperament and inclinations:
Each of these approaches offers a unique doorway into truth. In Dhyaan Yoga, one learns to quiet inner desires. In Gyaan Yoga, the seeker realizes, "I am the pure soul." In Karma Yoga, actions are performed without attachment to outcomes.
The 25th verse beautifully emphasizes that true growth comes from sincerely listening to a realized soul and practicing unwavering & untransactional or unconditional devotion (avyabhicharini bhakti). It encourages us to stay steady on our chosen path, avoiding confusion and cultivating clarity and deep faith.
Reflections From The Heart
As we sat with the learnings of this chapter, a deep realization arose within us — one that feels important to share.
India is a treasure house of scriptures, overflowing with spiritual wisdom and countless paths to the truth. But just like a child thrives when rooted in a single school system, we as seekers grow best when we stay anchored in one path and under the guidance of one Master.
We’ve noticed how easy it is to get drawn into different philosophies, switching from one to another in search of faster progress or clearer answers. Yet, this often leads to emotional and spiritual instability. The ground beneath us keeps shifting, and we lose the depth that only consistency and commitment can bring.
True growth happens when we surrender — not partially, but completely — to one Guru and allow ourselves to absorb their teachings with patience, faith and deep listening. When we listen simply and wholly, without resistance or restlessness, something shifts inside us. We begin to tune into their vibration.
And when that happens, we’ve seen how the universe seems to respond- Life starts aligning. Inner clarity deepens. Outer support flows. Transformation no longer feels like a struggle — it becomes a natural unfolding from within.
This chapter reminded us: stay rooted, listen deeply and let grace do the rest.
Vaag-Yajna is not merely an ancient spiritual concept; it is a powerful transformative technique rooted in universal laws and scientific principles. Recognizing its immense potential, Sant Dnyaneshwar Mauli introduced this idea in the very first verse of Pasaydaan.
Though this practice existed in the Upanishadic tradition and was emphasized by great saints like Adi Shankaracharya, it gradually faded from collective awareness. Vibhushri revived this technique, presenting it in a modern, scientific framework that makes it accessible and relevant for contemporary seekers.
At its core, Vaag-Yajna means offering our Vaani (speech and inner vibrations) into the fire of awareness. Our thoughts, words, and actions constantly create vibrations - often unconsciously. These unchecked vibrations can disturb our inner balance and amplify negativity.
The practice of Vaag-Yajna invites us to observe these vibrations with awareness and detachment.
The Power of the Observer
To practice Vaag-Yajna, one cultivates the state of a Drushta - a conscious observer. By witnessing our thoughts, emotions, and speech with alert awareness, we gradually reconnect with our True Self.
This process is deeply aligned with the Observer Effect, a principle also recognized in modern psychology. Research such as the S-ART® (Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, and Self-Transcendence) framework by researchers Dr.Vago and Silbersweig highlights how mindful observation reduces the intensity of thoughts and emotions.
Through this simple yet profound practice, individuals begin to transform overthinking, distress, and inner conflict, bringing harmony to both their inner and outer worlds.
Transformation Begins Within
Pasaydaan reminds us that global peace begins with individual transformation. When a person experiences a deep inner shift, their perceptions, actions, and relationships begin to change. This transformation naturally ripples outward into society.
This is the true power of Vaag-Yajna - a simple yet profound practice that helps us return to balance, awareness, and our highest potential.
Pasaydaan – The Second Code: Soksha–Moksha
Continuing the exploration of Pasaydaan as a “Secret Treasure,” the second verse reveals another profound key - Soksha–Moksha. While the first code, Vaag-Yajna, guides us toward awareness of our thoughts and speech, Soksha–Moksha opens the doorway to healing our past and restoring inner harmony.
At its essence, Soksha–Moksha is a powerful transformative practice centered on seeking and offering forgiveness. It encourages us to acknowledge the harm we may have caused - knowingly or unknowingly - through mind, speech, or action, and to sincerely seek forgiveness from those affected.
This act of humility gently loosens the karmic ties created by past actions. Rather than suppressing guilt or simply “moving on,” Soksha–Moksha invites us to consciously release negativity and create space for healing, acceptance, and love.
The Path of Inner Reconciliation
Through the practice of forgiving and seeking forgiveness, we cultivate deeper compassion and emotional maturity. It allows us to face our actions with honesty while opening the heart to divine love and oneness.
Soksha–Moksha is not about compromise or defeat. Instead, it is a process of inner reconciliation that prepares us for personal growth, emotional healing, and deeper spiritual connection.
By practicing this principle, we also develop a greater sense of responsibility for our actions, reducing the likelihood of repeating the same patterns.
A Gateway to Peace
When practiced sincerely, Soksha–Moksha gradually dissolves the burden of past negativity. It helps individuals break free from karmic patterns and experience greater peace, harmony, and compassion in their lives.
Together with Vaag-Yajna, this second code of Pasaydaan becomes a powerful step on the journey of inner transformation - where awareness and forgiveness work together to bring lasting balance and spiritual growth.
Kirtan is an ancient Art of Connecting to the Divine. It is the most easeful way of opening up our hearts to healing, health & wholesomeness.
Kirtan the sacred songs and blessings of god by Bodhmarga Foundation, deepens our Connection with the Divine by Being Present & devoting ourselves to Singing for the Divine in deeply moving words, rhythms and tunes.
Vibhushri quotes the Saints who celebrated their Devotion through the composition of these Kirtan and says, “In Kirtan, the one who sings the kirtan, the one who listens to it and the Divine becomes One.“
Each Bodh Kirtan by Bodhmarga Foundation is a beautifully soothing way of receiving many blessings from the Ascended Beings, the Gods & Goddesses, who each represent a core form of energy in the world inside and outside.
The Kirtan have their own annotations! Their contexts are provided by Vibhushri in each video, as a Satsang kirtan the sacred songs and blessings of god by Bodhmarga Foundation.
We are in the process of building and providing a library of spiritual resources of satsangs, bodh kirtans and Spiritual Study circles by 2030!
We aim to spread awareness about an ecosystem which is rooted in the ancient practice of having the right vibrations and harmony as a part of the household - an anchor for love & peace in each home. Kirtan is a beautiful way of regulating our nervous systems with the various frequencies that naturally occur as a part of the dedication in the singing and the uplifting energies that resonate through every fibre of our being when we hear the sacred tunes & lyrics.
To make our awareness go beyond just the mind and to embody it in our daily thoughts, speech & actions, we must have a Hridayagamya Bodh - an awareness which fills us and functions at the level of our heart.
We do these Siddha Kirtan to make our Bodh more Hridayagamya, as the experience of Oneness & Resonance which happens during the Kirtan is the Bhakti, the experience of being deeply connected to the Divine Oneness.
Kirtan is the most Sahaj way, an essential part of the Lineage of Listening (Shruti Parampara) which forms the first channel of Akriya Yoga - the Yoga of Happening.
It is a Vibrational Yoga and as the entire basis of the Bodhmarga Foundation is on the Science and Living Experience of Vibration, we are not required to do anything for healing and yet the transformation simply happens if we just sit easefully in the presence of the energies during a Kirtan.
The voice of gentle consciousness we refer to as Vibhushri, utilizes his voice to be an instrument for the tunes of the Masters. He plays an iktar and sings in harmony with the other members of the Bodh kirtan team to produce blessed, sacred songs that invoke the Divine energies within oneself and all who listen.
Blessed by the presence of Ascended Masters, each Bodh Kirtan is a representation of the healing harmony on this path of acceptance and Bhaav.
Currently in the phase of production, Bodhmarga Foundation has built an in-house studio and is looking forward to producing a library through this studio, fully equipped with professional-grade recording equipment.
Join us in giving back to the energy, the gentle voice of consciousness in all, who gives so much of Harmony to each of us.
Nada Yoga
Your Voice as a Mirror: Your voice is the direct output of your nervous system. It carries hidden patterns of anger, fear, or success that reside in your DNA. By simply "knowing" and listening to your own voice, you can begin the journey of transformation.
DNA Re-patterning: While your DNA sequence is fixed, its expression is not. Sound vibrations can shift how your genes respond to stress and trauma, helping to replace negative ancestral patterns with safety and stability
The Power of Mirroring: Humans have a natural capacity to "mirror" the nervous systems of those around them. This is why being in the presence of a regulated, calm person (or a Nada Yogi) can instantly make you feel at peace.
Nature’s Healing Triad: To stabilize the nervous system, Vibhushri recommends connecting with three natural frequencies:
Listening as Medicine: In an overstimulated world, we have lost the art of listening. True healing begins not when we "do" more, but when we pause to listen to our body's internal vibrations and the "Anhad" (unstruck) sound within
Singing Bowl Therapy: A live demonstration highlights how specific metals (like bronze/Kansa) create vibrations that resonate with every cell in the body, inducing a meditative state far quicker than traditional methods.
Scientific studies have validated the transformative effects of Vitthal Nada Kriya. According to research conducted by the Ved-Vigyan Research Centre, Pune, and presented at the 3rd International Conference on Herbal & Alternative Medicine, London (2017), reciting Vitthal in the prescribed manner showed measurable physiological benefits:
✔ Improved pumping action of the heart
✔ Balanced blood pressure and heart rate
✔ Enhanced energy flow in the heart and heart chakra
Yet, the true gift of Vitthal Nada Kriya extends beyond physical wellness - it awakens the inner self, harmonizing body, mind and spirit.
🌿 Benefits of Vitthal Nada Kriya
The Science of “Vitthal”
The very sound of “Vitthal” works on energy centers in the body:
‘Vi’ “Resonating through the heart and throat, it awakens expression, faith and devotion.”
‘T’ “Aligns thought and action by channeling focus and clarity through the palate.”
'THAL' “Grounds energy in the root, instilling stability, strength and calm.”
Chanting Vitthal stimulates 84 acupuncture points on the palate, triggers biochemical transformations in the brain, purifies speech (vaani) and awakens deeper meditative states.
With continued practice, one begins to hear the inner sound (Anahata Nada) and awaken the navel center -the seat of energy, abundance and love.
In the Words of a Sadhaka
"At first, it felt mechanical… but within minutes, my body was vibrating, the tongue rolled on its own, and deep silence took over. I was overwhelmed with love and gratitude. Vitthal Kriya shifted me from doing to simply being."
Guided by Siddha Masters
While anyone can chant Vitthal, its true transformative power unfolds when practiced under an Adhikari - a teacher authorized in the Siddha Parampara. Under the guidance of Nada Yogi Vibhushri, the kriya becomes a living blessing, a direct conduit to inner awakening.
Why Practice Vitthal Nada Kriya?
Vithala Nada Kriya restores the natural rhythm of body, mind and spirit leading to:

A Sacred Navratri Experience
Navratri symbolizes the awakening of Shakti — the divine power within. The Yogashakti Retreat 2025 beautifully reflected this essence, allowing participants to experience this inner energy directly rather than merely understand it intellectually.
The retreat became a powerful reminder that true transformation begins from within, and when individuals connect with their inner stillness and awareness, life naturally begins to flow with greater harmony and clarity.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Vibhushri for guiding this profound journey and to every participant who showed the courage and openness to explore their inner world.
The Yogashakti Retreat – Navratri 2025 was not just a three-day program — it became a seed for lifelong transformation.
As the journey of inner awakening continues, we look forward to many more such gatherings where seekers can come together to discover their true potential and experience the power of Yogashakti.
